Groups of 10 or more are invited to register as a Team. Each member of the team must submit a completed and signed registration form to the Team Captain. We’ve made it easy and fun to organize a team! Any type of group is eligible, and there are no extra fees involved. The same registration costs apply when you’re registering as part of a team, and team members don’t have to register under the same category (i.e., walker, runner, virtual, youth). You can even have an all virtual team! Don’t forget, we recognize the largest teams by number of members in the following team categories: Corporate, Community (families & friends), School and Healthcare.
If you want to make an impact in your community, registering for the Race is just your first step; the second and most crucial step is fundraising. Create an online fundraising page through your Race Fundraising Center or use our Pledge Form to collect donations. Ask your friends, family members or co-workers for a donation in support of your participation in the 2017 Race.
Special recognition and awards will be given to ONE individual and ONE team for raising the most funds for the event.

Breast cancer survivors who register for the Race and wish to be recognized will receive a complimentary pink t-shirt (female) or gray t-shirt (male). All survivors and one (1) guest are invited to attend the Celebration of Hope Breakfast, compliments of the Hilton Scranton and Conference Center, in the tent on Spruce Street starting at 7 a.m.
REMEMBRANCE AND CELEBRATION
We encourage participants to recognize those who have been touched by breast cancer. “In Memory of” and “In Celebration of” back signs for all Race participants will be located at Race Registration on Spruce Street.
FIRST AID-LOST OR SEPARATED
If injured, please go to the First Aid station on North Washington Avenue. If lost or separated, report to the pink podium at the Nealon Federal Building on North Washington Avenue.
The success of our Race depends on the support of our volunteers. New and returning volunteers are encouraged to get involved. For more information about all volunteer opportunities, please contact Roseann Brutico at firstname.lastname@example.org
